Hi, I’m Cortney.
I’m a Pilates, yoga, and strength instructor, wellness creator, and movement lover with a passion for helping people feel strong, connected, and confident in their own bodies. I believe movement should feel good: empowering, accessible, and rooted in long-term wellbeing. Wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about balance, joy, and showing up for yourself in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.
Along with teaching, I’m certified in Reiki, sound healing, and Integrative Nutrition with a focus on gut and hormone health. I love blending these tools to create a holistic mind-body experience that goes deeper than just the workout.
When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me creating content, building community, or chasing my 5-year-old around with a very necessary coffee in hand. I love pairing creativity with intention, whether I’m designing class sequences, supporting clients on their wellness journey, or sharing real and relatable moments from everyday life.
